There are 3 new ways introduced in Mafia wars (Bangkok) to get in.
1:- See the clerk. This is a chance which will you get once in 18 hours. (not avalible so much) Chance from 100% to 20%.
2:- Bribe an Offical. You will Spend 30 Gf or Godfather points to get in. (one of the easy way Chance from 100% to 100% for them who have gf points).
3:- Ask your Friend. You are going to post that Please Give me a Passport by your friends. (Chance from 100% to 30%).
